The Program
For years Jeanne Missey, in person, has inspired many seniors at Academy Village, a community dedicated to active retirement, to participate in a program of regular exercise. This videotape outlines her basic program and will thus enable others, both pupils and teachers, to emulate the program and to extend the benefits beyond Academy Village and Arizona. - Gerry Neugebauer
